Vendor identities are securely verified and managed through trusted third-party software and encrypted systems. All submitted information — including name, address, and contact details — is handled in strict confidence and used solely for platform verification and operational purposes.
We do not share or disclose any vendor information to government authorities or third parties. Vendor data remains strictly confidential and safeguarded.
⚠️ Important Information About Email and Phone Number
Please note: Our platform does not verify vendor email addresses or phone numbers at the time of registration.
We strongly encourage vendors to use a valid and active email address, as this is the primary method of communication between you and your customers.
Phone numbers are not verified, and are not required for internal communication, so you may input a placeholder number if desired.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge that the responsibility for maintaining accurate and functional contact information lies solely with you.
Vendor Responsibilities – Shipping & Taxes
All vendors on our platform are independent sellers and are fully responsible for managing the fulfillment and shipping of their products to customers. This includes setting appropriate prices.
Vendors have full control over their store settings through the vendor dashboard. This includes the ability to set and customize shipping rates based on different regions — allowing for accurate pricing whether they’re shipping locally or internationally. In addition, vendors can fully personalize the appearance of their storefront, including logos, banners, and descriptions, giving them the flexibility to reflect their brand and stand out in the marketplace.
CASMEGA is a platform that facilitates transactions between users. Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable tax and legal obligations related to their sales.
Marketplace Commission Policy
Our marketplace takes a commission fee of 10%, so it is advised for vendors to price their products accordingly. Please ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

Customer Support & Vendor Accountability
Vendors are solely responsible for providing customer support related to their products, including handling inquiries, complaints, refunds, returns, and any other post-sale communication. CASMEGA acts only as a marketplace platform and does not mediate or intervene in vendor-customer disputes unless explicitly required to do so. However if a customer joins out Discord server linked in social medias they can report the vendor and action will be taken.
All actions taken by vendors—including communication with customers, business practices, and product-related decisions—are their own responsibility. CASMEGA is not liable for any issues, damages, or claims arising from vendor conduct or transactions.
Seller Terms & Conditions
While we provide a free and open platform for sellers, we also have guidelines in place to ensure a fair and legal marketplace. Please read the following carefully:
1️⃣ Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws
Sellers must ensure that their product listings do not infringe on trademark or copyright laws. If a brand submits a report claiming that a product violates intellectual property rights, we will investigate and take appropriate action. Vendors must take into account that we are on their side and will judge each report fairly and with professionalism.
2️⃣ Handling of Reported Listings
If a product is reported for violating brand rights, you will be notified immediately. You will have two weeks from the confirmation date of the report to fulfill any outstanding orders before the listing is removed. Vendors must take into account that we are on their side and will judge each report fairly and with professionalism.
3️⃣ Repeat Violations & Account Actions
If you continue listing reported products after the first removal, we will issue a second notice. You will be given another two-week grace period to complete all existing orders before facing account suspension from the platform. Vendors must take into account that we are on their side and will judge each report fairly and with professionalism.
4️⃣ Fair Selling Practices
We encourage all sellers to provide honest descriptions, high-quality products, and good customer service. Any fraudulent activity, misleading advertising, or failure to fulfill orders may result in restrictions on your account.
5️⃣ Verified Seller Incentives & Accountability
To ensure a trustworthy shopping experience, vendors who consistently maintain high-quality service and positive customer feedback will be awarded Seller badges, visible to all customers across the platform. These trusted sellers will also benefit from lower commission rates as a reward for excellence. On the other hand, sellers who repeatedly receive negative reports or violate marketplace guidelines will face penalties—including suspension or permanent removal from the platform—to protect the integrity of the community.
